1) For questions regarding registration for graduate courses (ES525, ES41, ES545, ES570), students must first contact the course instructor for approval and then contact Dr. Dilek Keskin via email.

2) Students who have not yet completed advisor assignment or got approval for assignment from their advisor will be unregistered at the beginning of the semester and will not be able to register during the add-drop period. For this reason, they should immediately complete assignment of advisor and get approval from advisor.

3) Master's and PhD students of Engineering Sciences department (including new students) should first check the curriculum on the website of the Department and then contact their advisors specified on the registration page via e-mail to decide on courses.

4) Students who will take the PhD qualifying exam are required to check all the courses (including non-credit courses such as seminar, ethics, etc. and must courses) from their transcript in METU-SIS program. If there are missing courses, they must be taken during this (in their 4th semester at latest) registration period.
